Hello. My name’s Waen Shepherd and I’m probably an actor. Or at least I have been, on previous occasions, when I wasn’t busy with other creative pursuits. I don’t pretend I’m good at it. I don’t pretend I do it all the time. I certainly haven’t done much of it lately. But I’ve done it before and one day I’ll probably do it again. I’m probably best known as John ‘Paedo’ Kennedy from E4’s The Inbetweeners. Maybe you saw me on BBC 2 playing Captain Helix in Hyperdrive, or in the cinema doing unspeakably bizarre things in Steve Oram’s AAAAAAAAH! If you ever went to a comedy club some time in the mid-2000s, you might have seen me perform as my New Romantic pop star character Gary Le Strange or as sixties surf-rocker Colin Watson. Most likely though, you’ve never heard of me, and if so, you’ve come to the right place. You can watch videos of me, if you’re that way inclined, by clicking on the pictures to the right. Or you could just read my CV and imagine what I’m like when I’m pretending to be someone other than myself (which would be quicker and probably far more rewarding). Alternatively you can book me to come and act right in your face. But I warn you, I COST A LOT OF MONEY.
